8/27/26 People's Participation Lab - Primary Election Reflection

Join us as we look at the results of the August primary election and celebrate the good work we have done together. Throughout this summer C2C organizers knocked many doors in one of the voting precincts with the lowest turnout in our community to meet neighbors, talk about the issues people face, and invite people to not just vote but join a movement for food, worker, housing, and climate justice! By meeting neighbors through Bienestar and our precinct project voter turnout in one of the lowest participation areas of our community increased by 4% while similar areas saw the same or lower voter turnout. Our efforts worked!
