Art Build for Ongoing ICE Protest

Join us to create signs and banners declaring that we want ICE OUT of our community! Currently there are two unmarked ICE facilities operating in a private business park in Ferndale. We know from direct immigrant testimony that people detained in Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties are held in Ferndale for at least a day before being transferred to the NW Detention Center in Tacoma, where they are either held indefinitely or deported. C2C is supporting a community member who has been holding protests outside the Ferndale facilities every Friday for the past couple of months to let ICE know that they are not welcome here. With the rainy weather we are offering our space for a solidarity art build to keep the messaging fresh! Come see our new space on Cornwall and help to replenish the protest sign stash!
